Statement of Understanding for Akashic Record Readings
By scheduling your appointment, you agree to the following:
I understand that the reading is solely for my personal growth, education and recreation, and is not a therapeutic activity, such as medical treatment, psychotherapy or counseling, and is not intended as such, nor is it to be used solely for financial and other life changing decisions.
I understand that Holly Hawkins has the right to terminate the session at any time for any reason.
Cancellation and Refund policy
Refund Policy for Digital Product
As access to the Digital Product is immediate, refunds are not possible after the login or download information has been sent.
Refunds for purchases more than 90 days old
Holly Hawkins does not offer refunds on orders that are greater than 90 days from date of first payment, independent of what the purchase is for.
Session booking cancellation
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the session appointment time will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the session time can either be rescheduled once only or a receive full refund, less $50 for administrative processing. If there are 2 client cancellations for the same session, that session is forfeited.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail.
Event Cancellation
Holly Hawkins reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Holly Hawkins cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Holly Hawkins has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Holly Hawkins is not responsible for any flights, accommodation reservations or any other costs incurred by registrant due to cancellation of an event.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Registration cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee.
Registration cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. It is up to the discretion of Soul Genesis to credit the value of the registration to the participant for another future Soul Genesis event.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted by email only.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all Holly Hawkins Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
Unclaimed Sessions or Products
Credit for any sessions (bundles of sessions) or products that were purchased older than 12 months prior will be forfeited.
