A Message from the Akash
“Each and every one of you has heard that you have your Soul’s energy, or the Light of Source, or the Divine flowing through you. It is an aspiration many have to truly connect with that Light and allow it to up-level your experience of your life.
Please know that this Light is there all the time, flowing through you and enlivening every moment of every day. You do not need to work to be worthy of this Light or to achieve some unknown level of mastery in order to embody it.
Do the following steps to have the Light and Truth of who you are as a tangible aspect of your human life:
- Open to the idea that the Light is already there and you do not have to earn the right to experience your Light.
- Use your imagination or visualization since that is a powerful activator of manifestation!
- Close your eyes down and relax your body. The best and quickest way to relax your body is to relax your jaw and tongue. Consciously drop your shoulders and relax your abdomen.
- Open your awareness to the center of your body from top to bottom.
- Now imagine, visualize or pretend that you have a tremendous flow of Light that comes into you from the top of your head, flows through your center line and down through your body. See the Light flow down into the center of the Earth.
- This Light is alive, moving and brilliant. Now see it expanding and filling every single one of your cells. Each of your cells is immersed in this exquisite Light of you now.
- Take your time with this and when you’re ready, see this same Light expand outward to bathe all of you, including the space around you (your aura or light bodies). See and feel yourself in this Light that surrounds you in 360°.
- Notice how you feel as you activate your intentional awareness of this Light. You can feel and experience it because it is already there! You are opening your awareness to this subtle field of Light that is always there. It is your core energy.
As you pay attention to it on a regular basis you will feel the benefits in your life. Soon you will be tangibly in connection with it all the time! Your slightest thought about it will bring the tangible experience of it into your every moment.
As you feel more and more comfortable with your Light, progress to the level of asking your Light for advice or direction! You will find it come forth in the moment or as you move through your life. Open to the truth that your Light is connected to all the wisdom and knowledge you require to successfully navigate your life.”
